Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Plosion’s website-building, hosting, domain, and related services.

Effective: July 21, 2026

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you use Plosion for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate account information, keep it current, protect your login credentials, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by Plosion’s breach of its obligations.

2. The Plosion service

Plosion provides AI-assisted website generation, visual editing, hosting, publishing, domain-related services, email forwarding, and related tools for small businesses. Features may evolve, and some functionality may be supplied by third parties. We may improve, replace, or discontinue a feature, but we will provide reasonable notice if a change materially reduces a paid Service.

The Services are tools, not legal, tax, accessibility, advertising, or other professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing your website before publishing and for ensuring that your business, content, claims, notices, and use of the Services comply with applicable law.

3. Subscription, renewal, and payment

Plosion’s standard plan is billed monthly at the price shown before checkout, plus applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize Plosion and its payment provider to charge your selected payment method when you purchase and automatically on each monthly renewal date until you cancel.

Before you pay, we will clearly disclose the price, billing frequency, material plan terms, how to cancel, and any domain cost that will not be covered by the money-back guarantee. You must provide current payment information. If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and suspend paid features after reasonable notice.

We may change prices for a future renewal period by giving advance notice as required by law. A price change does not apply retroactively. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Customer content and permissions

You retain ownership of the text, images, logos, data, and other material you submit (“Customer Content”). You grant Plosion a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, modify, display, and distribute Customer Content only as reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Services and to follow your instructions.

You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed for Customer Content and that it does not violate law or another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Do not submit sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your website.

AI-assisted results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to material generated for others. You are responsible for reviewing and editing results before use. Plosion does not promise that generated material is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular legal or commercial purpose.

5. Plosion materials

Plosion and its licensors own the Services, software, designs, documentation, trademarks, and other materials we provide, excluding Customer Content. During an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services for your internal business purposes. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

  • break the law, facilitate fraud, impersonate others, or misrepresent affiliation;
  • publish content that infringes rights, is unlawfully discriminatory, or exploits or endangers a child;
  • distribute malware, phishing, spam, or deceptive commercial messages;
  • probe, disrupt, overload, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to the Services;
  • scrape, resell, reverse engineer, or use the Services to build a competing service except where law expressly permits; or
  • use automated output without appropriate human review in a way that may materially harm a person.

We may investigate suspected violations and remove content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the Services.

7. Domain names and email forwarding

Domain registrations are subject to availability, eligibility requirements, registrar and registry terms, ICANN policies, and our Domain Registration Policy. When Plosion registers a domain for you, you are the registrant and retain your registrant rights. Plosion acts as a technical and administrative service provider.

Email forwarding routes incoming mail to an address you select. It is not a hosted mailbox, archival service, or outbound email service. Delivery can be affected by third-party systems, sender configuration, spam filtering, and domain status, so uninterrupted delivery is not guaranteed.

8. Third-party services

The Services may interoperate with payment processors, registrars, registries, hosting providers, content-delivery networks, AI providers, and services you choose to connect. Their separate terms may apply. Plosion is not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, but this does not limit any responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Cancellation, suspension, and termination

You may cancel through the account experience or another simple method we make available. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals and takes effect at the end of the paid billing period unless we state otherwise. Deleting content, stopping use, or transferring a domain does not by itself cancel a subscription.

After the subscription ends, the Plosion-hosted website and email forwarding may be unpublished or disabled. You keep ownership of your Customer Content and your rights as registrant of a registered domain. You are responsible for exporting content you wish to retain and arranging domain transfer or renewal as described in the Domain Registration Policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, unlawful or harmful use, nonpayment, or a security risk. When practical, we will give notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. We may terminate the Services for business reasons with reasonable notice and a prorated refund for unused prepaid service, if any.

10. Service disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Plosion disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, particular search rankings, business results, domain availability, or that every error will be corrected. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plosion will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from the Services. Plosion’s total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the amount you paid Plosion for the Services during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Plosion against third-party claims and reasonable costs arising from your Customer Content, your published website or business, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from Plosion’s own breach or misconduct.

13. Disputes and applicable law

Before filing a formal claim, you and Plosion agree to try in good faith to resolve the dispute by written notice and 30 days of informal discussion. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where Plosion is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights or venue protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised Terms and update the effective date. For a material change, we will provide reasonable advance notice when required. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance, except where law requires a different form of consent.

15. General

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Domain Registration Policy, and terms presented at checkout, form the agreement between you and Plosion concerning the Services. More specific terms control if they conflict with these Terms. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this agreement without our consent; Plosion may assign it as part of a merger, reorganization, or sale of the business.
